"Astronomie des Demoiselles" by James Ferguson 1827
This is a French translation of James Ferguson's "Young Gentleman and Lady's Astronomy" that was published in 1827 and was translated and augmented by M. Quétrin. This French edition has some very nice hand colored plates and in particular it has a hand colored volvelle for the frontispiece. The volvelle demonstrates time and the rotation of the Earth. Plate 6 is missing from this volume.
