"The Constellations and How to Find Them" by William Peck circa 1900
This appears to be an early edition of William Peck's Northern Hemisphere observing guide based on the design of the front cover. This may have been printed sometime between 1890 and 1900. The maps in this book look very similar to the maps in Richard Proctor's "Half-Hours with the Stars", which Proctor originally published in 1869.
