"The Southern Hemisphere Constellations and How to Find Them" by William Peck
There is no publication date printed anywhere in the book. The front flyleaf is missing, but on other copies that I have seen on the Internet the front flyleaf is completely blank. There is a bookseller sticker on the title page from Edward Stanfords' bookshop located at 12 - 14 Long Acre in London, so it would have to date after 1901, since that was the year that Stanfords opened at that location (the shop is still there today).
