"A Moveable Planisphere Showing the Position of the Heavens at Any Given Time" by Henry Whitall - 1862

Here is a planisphere by Henry Whitall of Philadelphia that was published in 1862 (fifth edition). It is titled "A Moveable Planisphere Showing the Position of the Heavens at Any Given Time" and it measures 15.5 x 15.5 inches (39.4 x 39.4 Centimeters). The planisphere was sold by Mason Brothers of New York and it was intended to accompany Burritt's Geography of the Heavens. This planisphere has had the horizon mask replaced at some time but still it is a very nice planisphere.
