Cultural Astronomy with a Laboratory Aspect by Robert Fleet - 1937
Here is a wonderful astronomy textbook from the Central College in Fayette, Missouri that was published by Robert Ryland Fleet in 1937. The book is titled "Cultural Astronomy with a Laboratory Aspect". This book is of local interest to me because Fayette, MO is just a few hours drive from where I live. The margins of this book are filled with notes and drawings by the original owner of the book. This book was designed to be used in this manner as explained on page 9 (see the Margin Work page). The book even included a nice planisphere that I found tucked into the book, which was the inspiration for the constellation drawings in the book's margins. There is only one copy listed in the World Catalog and that copy resides in the Harvard University Library.
