This atlas titled "Die Milchstrasse und die Kosmischen Nebel" by Max Wolf, which translates into English as "The Milky Way and the Cosmic Nebulae", was published 1925. It contains a booklet, index print, and 16 collotype prints. The cover is rather faded and it has library markings. Max Wolf was a pioneer in astrophotography and often collaborated with E.E. Barnard.
