C. Iulii Hygini, Augusti Liberti, Fabularum Liber, Ad Omnium Poetarum Lectionem Mire Necessarius, & nunc denuò excusus. Eiusdem Poeticon Astronomicon, Libri quatuor. by Jacobus Micyllus - 1570

This edition of Poeticon Astronomicon was originally printed in 1535. It is a collection of stories that tell the mythology of the constellations. Other earlier editions appeared around 1480 and represent the earliest printed representaions of the constellations. The figures of the constellations show stars that do not represent the actual placement that we see in the sky.
