"Kosmos-Sternkarte" by Walter Widmann 1959
This is a German language planisphere produced in 1959 and it is made out of plastic rather than cardboard. The moveable arm is used to locate the positions of the planets using the planet tables in the accompanying booklet. The back side of the star finder has a southern sky map, which I find as being rather unusual. Earlier versions of this planisphere had a back that was blank.
