Reprints From Sidney G Hacker Library
Here are some reprints, mostly from The Halley Lecture Series, that I acquired around 1985 while I was studying astronomy at Washington State University. Authors include Hubble, Russell, Eddington, De Sitter, Freundlich, Milne, and Paneth. These booklets came out of the library of Sidney G. Hacker, who was at one time the chairman of the Mathematics Department, which housed the Astronomy Program at Washington State. Sidney Hacker was a student of Henry Norris Russell and received his Ph.D. from Princeton University in 1934.
