This is an ephemeris of planetary positions based on the astronomical tables "Coelestium motuum tabulae" compiled in 1252 under patronage of great enlightened King Alfonso X of Castile. This volume came out of the library of Owen Gingerich. The book seller's invoice, from when Owen Gingerich purchased it, is tucked into the front of the book.
